SEA SALT
Sea salt is derived through the evaporation of seawater, capturing a diverse range of minerals and trace elements inherent to the ocean. Rock Salt
Rock salt is extracted in its natural form from underground deposits. Tablet Salt

Refined Salt
Refined salt undergoes a treatment process involving a brine solution that may contain sulfuric acid or chlorine. To ensure safety and suitability for consumption, the salt is subsequently heated to eliminate these potentially harmful elements, resulting in a purified product that is safe for use.
Quality Control
The most important aspect of La Pace’s policy is quality, because it is this element that has lead to our success in the exporting field.
To fulfill the importer’s requirements, we apply the system of ISO 9001 in all Management and also we make a sequential control of the chemical elements by taking a daily sample according to the following processes:
- Random samples are taken during production to analyze the main chemical elements. These samples go from the site of production to the central laboratory for analysis.
- Random samples are then taken during the storage process at the loading ports. This is to ensure that the material has not become polluted and that the chemical composition of the material remains stable.
- The third random sample is taken during loading by the belt conveyor at the port. The material in the vessels hold is analyzed.
- LA PACE is cooperating with several independent surveyors and several labs to be sure from the quality.
